What data platforms do you migrate from and to? +
Primarily Teradata, HDFS/Hive, Oracle, and Netezza as source systems, migrating into BigQuery (and Snowflake where that's the better fit). If your platform isn't listed, ask — the underlying migration patterns generalize well.
How long does a typical migration project take? +
It depends entirely on scope — a focused departmental migration can close in 6-8 weeks, while a full enterprise platform spans several months. The Migration Assessment gives you a real timeline before you commit to anything.

Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials? +
